Went in to have a look around. Had been a few tomes following a visit to the nearby Bathroom Mountain store.
Very impressed with the selection of bathroom tiles we were looking for and also the other product ranges in store.
Staff were very friendly and we were met by a wonderful young assistant (Shayan Ali) who asked if we needed any support. We were looking at comparing large bathroom tiles and were unsure of the actual look of the tiles.
Shayan kindly went and brought out the actual tiles we were looking for (Onyx Range) and we were able to find the right match.
Shayan was very helpful throughout and gave some really useful advice and tips. He also advised regarding grout colours and trims / adhesive.
We purchased the tiles/trims/grout as discussed and are currently fitting the bathroom. However, even the tiler is amazed at the quality and style of the tiles.
Shayan was very patient at the till and again helped advise us regarding quantity needed and measurements after both myself and my wife were debating how much we needed.
We live in Derby - so it was a fair distance to travel. Shayan again was wonderful and he was able to book in for a delivery of all the products.
I contacted Shayan again afterwards, after some of the products were not on the delivery schedule. Shayan kindly arranged a separate one-off delivery at short notice to resolve the logistical issues (due to a product being store based only and not usually delivered)
I would highly recommend Tile Mountain and Shayan based on my experiences at Tile Mountain. I have already recommended to friends and even my tiler - who has already gone to Tile Mountain since to have a look at bathroom tiles.
