Purchased vinyl with built in underlay and the fitter commented on how quick & easy it was to install compared to usual LVT. Delivery was prompt and very happy with service/product. One of the easiest floors I’ve ever laid. Great click system and the inbuilt acoustic underlay is superb, I had my doubts being laid directly onto a solid floor without a cushioned underlay but it works a treat. This flooring is bevelled.

Do you have to have a exspansion gap.Our Advice

We would advise installing this flooring with a 6mm or more expansion gap around the perimeter of the room and also around any permanent fixtures, to allow for proper expansion.

Can this be used with underfloor heating?Our Advice

This can be used with underfloor heating however if this is electric heating mats this would need to be fully encapsulated in a levelling compound before the LVT can be installed.
