Each individual tile measures roughly 46mm.

Yes, these tiles are suitable providing they are installed onto a cured concrete base and adhered using an exterior tile adhesive.

The substrate you mention would not be suitable. The base would need to be cured, solid concrete. We would then recommend using Adesilex P4 Grey Floor Adhesive 20kg SKU: 218220.
