We would not recommend using these on a wetroom floor, as this is only an R10 anti-slip rating. We would recommend using an R11 or above in a wetroom - such as the Verbier Grey Large Wood Effect Anti-Slip Matt Porcelain Floor Tile (sku 459835)

These tiles do not require dealing, if you wanted to protect the tile more we would recommend using LTP Porcelain Tile Protector

So long as the concrete substrate you intend to tile onto is level and free from movement or imperfections you may tile directly on top. We would recommend doing so using a 3 mm spacer.
