BOUGHT PIAZZA GREY STONE EFFECT TILES FROM TILE MOUNTAIN AND AM EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH OUR PURCHASE. THE PRICE WAS VERY PLEASING, DELIVERY QUICK AND ON TIME AND THE TILES LOOK AMAZING. WOULD RECOMMEND TILE MOUNTAIN TO ANYONE. WE ARE VERY HAPPY CUSTOMERS.

There should be an option to allocate zero stars because this is what Tile Mountain and its army of staff deserve. I will NEVER use this company again. After wasting a great deal of my time, my order was cancelled in the end. In summary, the sample I was sent was removed from the website because they said it was out of stock (why send samples of low stock in the first place?). I decided to call and was told that it was indeed in stock BUT I HAD to pay by bank transfer. Very sneaky of them and though I was hesitant, I agreed and made the transfer. I was told the delivery will be made in a small van on a next day service but of course this wasn’t the case. There is zero communication amongst staff members. One says something and then someone else will say the complete opposite. After I was told that my delivery would be made the next day, another member of staff called and said that it couldn’t and that it will be made two days after. Then someone else called to say they actually don’t have the stock at all and they need to cancel the order. Going round in circles for an entire morning, after taking my payment. These people need to be properly trained, they don’t communicate and they don’t know what their own policies are. Meanwhile a company like Nustone has first class staff who know exactly what they are talking about, I would suggest that Tile Mountain send their army of staff to be trained by Nustone.

Excellent all round. Beautiful and great quality tiles at an amazing price. Next day delivery and not a single tile broken in transit. I couldn't be happier with my purchase from Tile Mountain.

I am really pleased with the outcome of my project, the slabs are amazing and have nice texture on the top.

Can't wait a review cos I haven't started my project due to the weather too wet
