These tiles finished off our bathroom perfectly. Tile Mountain prices were competitive and of great quality. There were a lot of options to chose from, to decide on what we wanted for our new bathroom. The customer services were prompt at replacing a few broken tiles too! If you look for stylish, yet affordable tiles, look no further. After spending hours looking for the right tiles, comparing prices, sizes and reviews, I chose these and I'm not disappointed. They completely changed my bathroom. I haven't heard any complaints from the guy who fitted them either.

Although I was pleased with the tiles. They were delivered on a pallet wrapped in cellophane. The driver would not wait for us to check them and once we started putting them up were very disappointed to find that nearly every tile in one box had the corner broken off in the same place, which meant we had to purchase another box. Overall a disappointing experience.

I changed my mind about the tiles I got and called customer service. In less than a minute the kind voice of Iqra Afzal answered and helped me through the change I wanted to make in my order, she was very fast and efficient and sent a refund as the tiles I swapped were less expensive than the one I had chosen in the first place. I am very happy with the tiles, they look very nice and the builder said they looked good quality ( but are not up yet). Great service and company!

For the price, they're great. The only downside is there are tiny dots over the whole surface - kind of like a grainy picture. It's faint and only really noticeable close up so not a big deal. Ordered a full sized sample, which arrived quickly. Then put in our full order. Postage was more than I was expecting, but they are quite heavy so it's understandable.
