Augusta White Slate Effect Matt Porcelain Wall and Floor Tile

We ordered the Augusta tiles (at an amazing price) on Monday and they were delivered first thing Tuesday morning. Communication was exceptional, including accurate delivery tracking with a half hour time slot. Unfortunately some tiles were damaged in transit but after a quick email to Tile Mountain a claim form was sent to us to complete. As soon as the claim form was sent the replacement tiles weee ordered and they arrived the very next day. We would not hesitate to recommend Tile Mountain. With excellent prices; fast, hassle free delivery and superb customer service they deserve more than a five star review.

These Augusta tiles look fantastic on our newly renovated bathroom wall . Very reasonable price and top quality. I needed an extra 3 tiles and was able to order them on the phone and pick up in store saving £30on delivery charges . Also they rang me to tell me they were ready to collect. Great service .

Got them to match another tile, was advised by a member of staff. Looked lovely up. Liked them so we decided to put them on the floor. We phoned up and Adam was very helpful and got them delivered the next day. Our tiler was very impressed.

Very helpful samples sent out free of charge. Quick delivery once the order was placed and a helpful delivery driver who moved the tiles in to the garage. Great service from start to finish.

Really good selection in a well layed out shop. Staff at Stockport know the products and deliveries well and went out of their way to help keep a job running. Allowed me to part collect an order and deliver the rest the next day which was a huge help. Excellent all round

As per previous review 'half of tiles were defective'. File size limits prevented me uploading additional pictures. Here's some of the defects.

These tiles look stunning in my bathroom, definitely a pale grey which is what I wanted, even though they are called 'white'. But I had loads of defective tiles & returned approx half) order - black pock marks, bleach like marks, cracks & scratch like marks. Replacement tiles were as bad & it took another 2 lots of replacements each time picking the good tiles out & trying to chop the bad ones to use in corners. This slowed job down by days & I'm very lucky installer didn't charge me extra. I can't fault Tile Mountain's customer team (Sam especially) they kept providing free replacement tiles until the job was done, I would therefore recommend them as a store but not this particular tile or manufacturer (Duratile).
