These tiles do not come with a guide as the intention of the design is to be installed at random.

This image is provided by the manufacturer, so we are unable to advise the exact grout used. However, we would recommend using the Ultracolor Silver Grey 111 Flexible grout (sku 6011105A) to recreate this look.
Ceramic tiles would not be suitable for use around high temperatures. We would recommend using a porcelain product in this instance.
We couldn't say for sure as this is an image provided by the manufacturer. But to create a similar look we would advise using our Ultracolor Manhattan (Light Grey) 110 Flexible Grout 5kg SKU: 6011005A
You are correct these tiles do have a subtle variation in shade.
