Are these slight raised tiles textured ? Our Advice

Yes, these are an R11 anti-slip rating so they will have texture to the tile.

Hi, if the tiles are chipped when delivered. Would you send out a replacements? Our Advice

If you receive damaged or incorrect tiles you will need to inform Tile Mountain within 2 working days from delivery. Please provide an image taken whilst the items are still on the pallet. We will endeavour to send replacements or issue a refund where applicable as quickly as possible.

We would advise using either Ultracolor Manhattan (Light Grey) 110 Flexible Grout 5kg SKU: 6011005A or Ultracolor Cement Grey 113 Flexible Grout 5kg SKU: 6011305A

We are sorry, we do not offer a matching indoor tile for this. However, if you did want an indoor tile to complement this, please take a look at the Slate Way Grey Matt Porcelain Wall and Floor Tile (sku 461630).

These tiles do not require sealing. Nevertheless, we recommend using LTP Porcelain Tile Protector - Pre Grout Treatment Interior & Exterior Use (SKU: LTP391) as it will facilitate the cleaning process of your tiles.
