Yes, this flooring would be suitable for water-based underfloor heating. Please note the underfloor heating would need to be encased in a screed at a minimum thickness of 17 mm and could not exceed 27 degrees. The lacquer would not be compromised provided the installation is completed to the correct requirements.

We would recommend using a product that is suitable for use on a laminate floor, such as our Wood and Laminate Clearner (sku 454255).

Good morning, Should any sharp object be drawn across the flooring there is the potential for this to scratch and cause invisible damage to the product. In terms of any general wear and tear that could cause the product to dull we would expect this to be covered in the product's residential warranty which extends over 30 years. This would obviously only stand provided the flooring is cleaned with appropriate products and treated/installed as advised by the manufacturer's guide. Kind regards,
