Onyx Marble Effect Turquoise Green Polished Porcelain Wall and Floor Tile

These cannot be used outdoors as they are polished, and so will be very slippery. For use outdoors, we would advise a matt, anti-slip tile, such as the Slate Way Green Matt Porcelain Wall & Floor Tile (sku 461640). This would need to be installed onto a solid concrete base using a suitable outdoor adhesive and grout.

The tile has an R9 anti-slip rating which would be deemed best used in dry indoor areas: Bathrooms*, kitchens*, hallways*, living rooms, bedrooms and studies. Generally, smooth surface gloss or matt tiles which can produce a slip hazard when wet, as a shoe may slide over the tiles *Suitable matting should be in place to absorb water splashes etc

The tiles require sealing because they are porous if not.

These tiles are produced in Spain.

We would recommend the Ultracolor White 100 flexible Grout SKU: 601005A to go with these tiles

As long as the correct cutting equipment is used, the tiles are relatively straightforward to cut. A manual rail cutter with a cutting wheel suitable for porcelain can be used, as can an electric wet wheel cutter, as long as the blade is diamond-tipped.

We would not advise using these tiles on a wetroom floor as they would be quite slippery when wet. We would instead recommend using a matt, anti-slip tile, rated R10 or above.
