I am a DIY beginner on floor fitting, but this vinyl flooring is not only value for money, nice looking and easy to fit. What you need is a set of floor fitting tools, utility knife and at most a jaw saw for those along the edge. You can see the outlook is very nice.

can this be placed over ceramic floor tilesOur Advice

We would advise applying a layer of levelling compound to ensure that the floor is all flat and level, but yes, this can be installed over an existing tiled floor in some circumstances.
